If you operate a motor vehicle on public roadways in Delaware, you are required to have a driver's license and you must carry it with you. You are required to obtain a Delaware driver's license within 60 days after becoming a bonafide Delaware resident. Delaware requires the use of Child Restraints, Seat Belts and Helmets for Motorcycle Operators.
